Izimoove is a service provider and technology platform that aggregates online bus ticketing inventory from various bus operators. We enable travelers to conveniently book bus tickets from the comfort of their home, office, or mobile device by offering a wide selection of operators, departure times, routes, and prices. Izimoove does not own or operate any bus services directly.
The departure and arrival times provided on your ticket are indicative and subject to change due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather disturbances, or other unforeseen events. However, buses will not depart earlier than the time specified on the ticket. For real-time updates and last-minute changes, we strongly advise passengers to contact the respective bus operator directly.
All passengers are required to fulfill the following conditions at the time of boarding:
Present a valid ticket confirmation (either through SMS or email).
Some operators may not accept digital or mobile tickets. In such cases, passengers must carry a printed copy of their ticket, as specified during the booking process.
Provide valid identification: National ID, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Company/Work ID.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Any service-related complaints or grievances must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of travel. Submissions made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
A booking is considered confirmed if the confirmation screen is displayed upon completion of the transaction, even if the SMS or email confirmation is not received.
In the event that a confirmation or cancellation message is not delivered, passengers can reach out to our customer support to request a re-send. Izimoove is not responsible for delivery failures caused by third-party network or email service issues.
Izimoove does not levy any hidden service charges or payment gateway fees unless clearly mentioned during the booking process. The final fare displayed includes all applicable fees.
Facilitating the issuance of valid bus tickets through verified partner operators
Sending ticket confirmations and cancellation notices via SMS and email
Offering dedicated customer support for bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries
Izimoove is not responsible for:
Incorrect passenger details submitted during the booking process
Delays, rescheduling, or cancellations by the bus operator
Mechanical failures, accidents, or unexpected route changes
Misbehavior by bus operator staff or other passengers
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or luggage
Late arrival of passengers at the boarding point
Unreachable phone numbers or failure of the bus operator to contact passengers
Passengers waiting at the wrong boarding point
Manual changes to seat numbers by the operator
Last-minute changes to the boarding point made by the operator
Denial of boarding for traveling with pets, unless explicitly allowed
Booking mistakes made through third-party agents
Unavailability of listed in-bus amenities (such as Wi-Fi, AC, water bottles, etc.) due to operator discretion
Changes in the bus type or vehicle without prior notice
Any fluctuation in ticket prices set by the bus operator
Luggage allowances and restrictions vary by operator. Most operators permit 15–20 kg of standard luggage per passenger. Items such as carton boxes, fragile goods, electronics, or restricted materials may be subject to operator discretion and may require prior approval.
Izimoove is not liable if a passenger is denied boarding due to non-compliance with the operator's luggage policy. We recommend confirming luggage terms directly with the bus operator before the journey.
